5 Fertility Nutrition Tips for YOU

One of the most frequently asked questions I receive revolves around nutrition tips to enhance fertility. While each person's unique needs should be acknowledged through the principle of bio-individuality, there are some general guidelines that can serve as "golden rules" on this journey.

I firmly believe that every bite can contribute to improved fertility. Here are 5 essential starting points:


1️⃣ Balanced Meals. For optimal nourishment, balance is key! Make sure 50% of your plate is filled with an assortment of greens and non-starchy vegetables, all cooked with extra virgin olive oil. For the next 25%, focus on incorporating protein from both plant and animal sources. Think of delightful options like seafood, fish, eggs chicken, turkey, grass-fed read meat and legumes. The remaining 25% should consist of wholesome carbohydrates from starchy vegetables and/or whole grains. Don't forget to add healthy fats such as olive oil, avocado, and nuts for an extra boost of goodness.

2️⃣ Embrace the Rainbow. Add a variety of color to your diet by incorporating a diverse range of fruits and vegetables. Each hue comes with its unique set of health benefits, so the more vibrant, the better!

3️⃣ Opt for Quality and Organic Choices. Whenever possible, opt for organic, all-natural,  grass-fed and high-quality foods. Nourishing your body with the best ingredients can make a significant difference in your overall well-being and fertility journey.

4️⃣ Home-Cooked. Goodness cooking at home has its rewards! By preparing your meals, you gain full control over the ingredients and cooking processes, ensuring the utmost care and nutrition in every dish.
