The Hidden #1 Cause Of Infertility
In my 15 years as a fertility coach, I've had the privilege of working with many incredible individuals on their journey to parenthood. Today, I want to talk to you about something that might surprise you: the number one reason for infertility that I see in my programs is self-sabotage.
Understanding Self-Sabotage
Self-sabotage is a massive, self-destructive force. It shows up in those moments when you doubt yourself, second-guess your decisions, or hold back from taking steps that could bring you closer to your dream of having a baby.
What exactly is self-sabotage? It's when our fears, insecurities, and negative beliefs about ourselves lead us to make choices that undermine our own goals. It can manifest in many ways, such as procrastination, not following through on treatments, avoiding investments in your health, or dismissing the support and help you truly need.
Recognizing and Overcoming Self-Sabotage
Imagine this: every decision you make is either bringing you closer to your goal or pulling you further away from it. When you're considering a new treatment, investing in a program, or making daily life choices, ask yourself: "Am I getting closer to my goal of having a baby, or am I holding myself back?"
I want you to know that you have the power to change this. You are capable of overcoming self-sabotage. It starts with recognizing those negative patterns and making a conscious effort to choose differently. Choose to believe in yourself. Choose to take actions that support your journey. Choose to be kind to yourself.
Every Decision Matters
Remember, every decision matters. The next time you face a choice, big or small, ask yourself: "Is this bringing me closer to my goal, or is it holding me back?" Then, make the choice that moves you forward. You've got this.
